This organic red wine has traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, fermentation by indigenous yeasts naturally occurring on the grape bloom and on the cellar equipment. 3-Week long fermentation then 3-Weeks malolactic fermentation and breeding in concrete vat the, 6-month breeding. Certified Demeter.


Dégustation: Dark berries and fresh fruits, supported by notes of spices and girolles and violets make the nose complex and very pleasant. It is pleasantly supple in the mouth with a well-balanced depth and well-incorporated tannins. To be served at 19°.
