This organic white wine has its grapes harvested by hand. 6- Week-long and slow fermentation by indigenous yeasts. 6-month breeding on the lees in stainless steel vat. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation synchronized with alcoholic fermentation. Certified Demeter.


Dégustation: Pretty nose of white flowers with notes of honey. Round and refreshing with a spicy aftertaste. Food pairing: linguine pasta served with cuttlefish Ink, fish crumble and lime, or parmegiani zucchini. To be served at 9°.


Aging potential: 2 years.
